Dell Support

How do I know which version of Dell support I'm using?I have 2 Dells in my household and I'm looking to update to the latest drivers.The two of them are Deminsions,3000 and 2400.Any help would be appreciated.This is new to me but willing to learn.

I don't know what you are referring to with "Dell support".  If you are talking about tech support, each PC has whatever tech support warranty you bought with the PC. 

If you are talking about driver updates, that is a totally different issue.  You can get the latest drivers for each machine.  Click on Desktops at the top of this page, then click Dimension.  Enter your service tag for each PC (one at a time) and you can access the available downloads for that specific PC. After you download whatever you want for the one PC, repeat the steps including the service tag ID for the other PC.

:smileyhappy:I'm referring to Dell support in the system tray.It's in the form of an E.Isn't there two versions of this V2.0 and V3.1.
