what this article did not say Dell was Given 600 million from the government to open the Call Centre , think Dell will be giving a refund to the tax payers ? {Govenment}

Also, that call center might have been a sales department. There are other support centers for XPS tech support. I know there are ones in Mexico and the United States. You will all still get the North American Tech Support, afaik.
