Dell System Backup

Question

How do I get the Dell System backup software to run on my new Optiplex990?  When I put a DVD into the CD drive (D:\), the 'Next' button remains greyed-out. TEch Suppot hung up on me (wathc out for the premium rates!), and the manuals are NBG.  Very disappointed in DELL's support
