Dell webcam central problem
Hi all,
I can't download webcam central software because the software does not detect my monitor service tag bla bla bla.
Can someone give me a direct link? I have a UZ2315 monitor.

Did the monitor come with a Drivers and Documentation CD?

I have the cd and documentation but I am unable to find this 'imaging devices' in the device manager and so tried to contact dell but haven't got anywhere.
Have you experienced this problem?

What version of Windows?
Did you install the monitor drivers and software from the CD?
Did you connect the USB cable that goes from the monitor to the PC? It's probably required to use the webcam.
Do you actually know your entitled to get Webcam Central from Dell? Is it on the CD?
