Dell XPS 430

hey so this might be the wrong place to be asking but i've came across a Dell XPS 430 case and was wondering if anyone out there with the same computer could tell me what parts they have cause i want to rebuild a computer myself in this case but i'm unsure what parts to look for. 

I have a feeling the case itself is missing some parts like part of this blue thing and screws ect, but i like the case so i might buy another off ebay, unless some suggests a better one. 
I would like the computer to be a good gaming computer capable playing mostly any game i throw at it.  Long as it can play All the Total War Games with highest graphic setting i'll be happy....

I was think about 8 gigs of ram with Intel i5 processor, And a ATI or Nvidia graphics card capable of playing on One small 24' screen HDMI, and one 55' screen lol HDMI, either on their own or simultaneously. 

I want to leave room for the possibility for upgrades if its necessary.... 

Any motherboard suggestions, better cases, or parts ?

Bottom line i want to build a computer with high multitask/High-End gaming capabilities.
