You have not installed chipset drivers.

Devices will not enumerate correctly without them.

AKA Pentium 3 system.  Dimension 4100? or GX150 is not suitable for Windows 7.

Which is incompatible with Windows 7 due to lack of Ram.  512 Meg is max.

Windows 7 Home Premium OA is the Version of Software Not the Dell Model Number.

32 Bit or 64 Bit also matters.
