Without knowing what exact model it is can't help you directly with driver links, though I'm guessing it's an Optiplex. All drivers should be available from support.dell.com or by clicking Support at the top of this forum page.
This guide on installing drivers should help with identifying hardware and the order of installation, which is important. Desktop system software (if applicable) and chipset must go in first to make sure the remaining hardware to be properly identified.
