Did you check your memory physically? How many memory modules do you have? if you have 2 memory module (256MB each), maybe one memory module is defective or not working.. i dont know.. can you please check it physically? thanks..

I have 4 - 128 mb modules.  2 mod must not be working.  What is the best way to tell which one is not working or How do you get the System to recognize all 4 modules?
thanks,
Ted

Is all the RAM recognized in the bios?

RDRAM requires that every slot be filled, so if the MB wasn't recognizing the RAM in the slots, you'd likely have a NO-POST

You may try resetting the BIOS & see if that helps:

Turn on Caps lock, Scroll Lock, Num Lock

Press ALT + E (Wait for a Beep)

Press ALT + F (Wait for a Beep)

Press ALT + B (System will reboot)

This will force renumeration of all devices in the Motherboard

I was able to attempt the Bios reset however only 2 of the 4 dimm slots are recognized.  Is there another solution?

Flash the bios to the latest Rev, if no go, most likely a motherboard replacement
