It means that some software or hardware conflict crashed your computer. If you can provide us with the exact text of the error message that appears on that blue screen, perhaps we can help you figure out why it is crashing.

Part of the message is Kernel32.exe

What's the other part? With this part we have been able to reduce the number of possibilities from about 10,000 to 5,000. Give us the other part and we may be able to get the number of possibilities down to just a few.

Thank you for trying to help.  I'm usually not so uninformed, but I will have to wait until it happens again and get all the details.

I do have another problem you might be able to help with.

When I try to use the file/print funtion on Internet explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and a couple other software programs I get a message that says
"The "copies" value cannot be empty and must be a positive number."

I can print when I hit the printer Icon but not when I use File/Print.  However it doesn't happen on every software program I have.  It works fine on Microsoft Word and Excel.

The number of copies is a positive number and there is a number in the box.  I have tried to change it just to see if that works and It won't let me change it.

Do you have any ideas????
