Hi, I replaced the fan and reboot the computer. The fan works ok but I always get the error message. I unplug and insert the connector of the fan to the motherboard and update the BIOS drivers. But nothing changes. How could I fix this issue?
Thanks.

The replacement fan has to be an actual DELL fan with PTC Thermistor.

The fan runs well, so I think if it is a way to bypass the error warning by changing the bios setup?

A dell fan must be used. There is no Bypass.

This is what I used. It should be counted as a dell fan, right? Then how to fix the issue?

What you used is NOT a Dell fan.
This is why the picture of it does NOT look like this.
Or the one I linked.
