display color problems please help!

hi I have a problem and I would really apreciate a quick reply.

 

   Whenever I start up my computer the screen starts off fine but then flashes and takes on a green tint. Some times it will continue likie that indefinitely and sometimes it will revert to normal.

 

Is this a virus?W what should I do? any help appreciated!!!!
