Thanks, hookupny, but I DO HAVE WinZip on my machine. I always have. My downloads have always worked before.

Remember, you have to complete the download before WinZip can act on the file. Downloading and Unzipping are two separate and distinct operations.

But thanks anyway for the advice.

You'll need an ' unzipping' program to download ' zipped' (compressed) files... while at ZDNET, download WinZip first, it's free, and then you can download zipped files after installing WinZip.

May have just been a problem with the server. When that happens to me, I just try back later, and that usually does the trick. Microsoft's download site is occasionally prone to that glitch as well.
