You need administrative or power user rights, normally when you dont have these rights it will deny access from installing devices including drivers. Ask the person that has administrator rights to change your permission.
After trying to install a game for the children I began getting this error message, "Devldr 16 has caused an error in DEVCON32.DLL. Devldr 16 will now close." I communicated with Dell support and was advised to dwonload an updated driver for SoundBlaster Live! I have been unable to install the updated driver My system tag is 24LGV01. I have a stand alone computer using a dial-up internet connection so who would be my administrator? It's a home computer.
