Page fault in non-paged error message is usually an error which shows that your system memory may be failing.
If you have more than one stick of memory in your system, try booting up your system with one memory module at a time to see if it will boot successfully with one stick but not with another. If you find one bad, it may be time to do a memory replacement/upgrade.
thanks Ty_ger...I tried using one memory stick at a time, and I gave the tower a good cleaning, to no avail...still same blue screens with no way to get into safe mode. If you have any other suggestions or anyone else it would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I have a Dell E310 with 1GB memory (2x512) and XP.
Were you ever able to get this problem resolved and if so how did you do it? I am having the same problem and am at my wits end and am ready to hurl my computer out the window... grrrr. I have the E310 as well. Any help you could give would be awesome.

Were you able to get it resolved short of a format and reinstall?
My client has an E310 which is now doing the same thing too.
Thanks,
