The hard drive showing "Read Test",Error Code 0F00:0244 and 0F00:1A44 errors is failing/failed and you need to replace it.

I have a Dell XPS Gen 4 using Windows XP. It has a new mother board and the OS was reinstalled about 3 months ago. We have strated getting the blue screen with the error code 0x00008086 sometimes.

The hard drive is dying.   Get a new one and reinstall to recover your data via drive wire.
