Hi Karl,

You forgot to provide the model of your Dell desktop and operating system.

Let me know if this article applies to your system.

Hi martins421,

Request you to follow the below steps:

(1) Restart the computer and check if it works.

(2) Have you done any recent hardware/software changes to the computer?

Undo the changes if possible, restart the computer and then check again for the error.

Depending on the changes you made, some solutions might include:

(a) Remove or reconfigure the newly installed device.

(b) Reverse the registry changes you made.

(c) Roll back the driver to the version prior to your update

(3) If this doesn’t work, reinstall the drivers for the device. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the drivers for the device that's experiencing the Code 19 error is a likely solution to this problem.

You may find the chipset /USB (if available) drivers by selecting the right system model and operating system in the below link:

(4) If this also doesn’t work then you can do a System Restore to revert device drivers and registry configurations back to a state previous to the Code 19 error. Be sure to choose a restore point from a date and time before you know or suspect that the Code 19 error first appeared.

If you have further questions please reply to the same post.
