Error code 28

Hello,

I have this No drivers are installed for this device.

Code 28 error is caused by a missing driver

 Device Type Other devices

Manufacturer Unknown

I restart computer and issue still.

I was trying to restore computer, and restore did not because inform that can not access a file.

How can I resolve this problem, because I can not connect my cable internet router without Ethernet Contoller Driver?

If someone can help me with a solution I wii appreciate.
