What did Dell tech say about this ? Why haven't you sent it back during your 21 day return policy period that is ticking away ? Don't hold off on this any longer, and don't let Dell stall you in attempting numerous and lengthy fixes that will put you over the 21 days, which started on the original invoice date ( Date of shipment ).
If I send my computer back to Dell, would they provide me with a refund or an exchange? And would I have to pay for all the necessary shipping costs... seeing that the actual unit is more than 50lbs, I'm worried about the actual shipping cost. Would it be possible to have a Dell Technician to come to my home and fix it from my home?
