Error code/checkpoint identification?

Is there any listing of the actual checkpoint codes?  I have a system that has been through 2 MB replacements, 2 new sets of Memory and 2 new HDs.  Every three to 4 months the same symptoms appear.... System starts to shutdown on it's own, reboot and get checkpoint codes...[5D] or checkpoint 75.  When Dell was still doing warrenty work, they would simply replace everything and never really identify what the problem was. I've pulled all the mem cards and replaced 2 of the 1GB in 0,1 got to post, but no complete load.  Pulled and replaced with 2/ 2Gb same results.  Replace all 4 back to normal slots...powers up, posts and loads.  System works for about 15 minutes and shuts off.  Try to restart....error code above received. I'm halfway thinking this is a CPU or power supply issue that DELL never considered.

System sometimes have glitches especially when the problem is coming from the whole unit. It is best to have it replaced since there may not be any solution available for it yet.
