That's actually 3 errors. PNP relates to slots or ports.
Fan failure is loss of tachometer signal supplied by the fan--this can be the fan connector, reseat.
Thermal event means the system got an instruction from the CPU that it was overheated and to shutdown, remove dust buildup from heatsink.
4600 BIOS is a little primitive, it may lump them all together. Remove the dust and replug the fan plug and see if it stops.
