Error message re: RUNDLL

I receive the following message when I log onto my Dimension 1100:
 
RUNDLL
Error loading c:\windows\system32\pmhtaoy.dll
The specified module could not be found.
 
The computer seems to work all right without this module, but I wonder if I should be concerned or should do anything about it.

I don't know but I can tell  you what it is NOT
pmhtaoy.dll is NOT a Windows XP or Dell application dynamic link library file. Nor is it associated with Norton, Computer Associates, Trend or any antivirus program that may have come with a Dell computer.
 
How do I know? I just ran a scan for it on my server that hosts most Dell desktop applications and Windows XP files.
