You are getting these messages because of script errors on the webpage. These errors are caused by the person that designed the web page. To stop the run time and debug messages in IE, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options", click the "Advanced" tab, then under the "Browsing" heading place a check mark in the box for "Disable script debugging" and remove the check in the box for "Display a notification about every script error", click "Appy" then click "OK".
