Errors, errors, errors....
When I install a new program, any new program, such as I downloaded and installed iTunes, I then get and error message when I go to start the program. At first I thought it was just with iTunes, and I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it probably 7 times all with no avail. Then the other day I tried to install a program for photo editing that came with my digital camera. It installed fine from the CD-ROM, but then when I went to start the program, the same error box came up.
The error box is the one generated by Windows, I believe, that gives you the option to send an error report or "Don't send". I think it also says something about "the program must be shut-down" or terminated...
I have no idea where or how to go about fixing this one.
I have run all of my Windows updates and even checked my Anti-Virus software. Everything there is fine. Hmmmm...
Help please!!!

Do you mean there are no restore points for your system, or the System Restore process runs but, it is not successful?
