it is not magic jack, but it is an internal jack inside the chasis, on the top of it says MAGJACK

MagicJack is a USB phone device not dell hardware.

The only onboard ethernet is the Broadcom Gigabit found here. We never installed magjack. Is this PC new to you? If yes, perhaps the previous owner installed it?
