Fatal Error While Surfing The Web

I have a Dell XPS T550 with the following features:

1. MS Intellimouse
2. 128MB, SDRAM Memory
3. Turtle Beach Montego II A3D 320V Sound Card
4. 8X DVD ROM
5. 32MB Diamond Viper AGP Graphics Card
6. 13.6GB Ultra ATA HD
7. Sony 2X/4X/24X CD-RW Drive

For the past several days, my computer has been re-booting for no apparent reason. It happens mostly when I try to run some of my word-processing programs and it sometimes occurs when I'm surfing the web. I was surfing the web today and received the following message before my computer rebooted:

An exception OE has occurred at 0028:c0281E93 in VxD Vwin32(05) + 00009BB. This was called from 0028:C02A4605 in VxD VWin32(05) + 00003136.

Does anyone have any idea why my computer is doing this?

Hi Glenn,
Turned up a very simular issue to yours, sometimes the exact numbers will be different for different systems. Check this out and see if it relates to your setup: Q190915 .
