STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x0000000) The system has been shutdown.
is wat it has. and the link you gave me says that it is winlogon.exe that fails to load or csrss.exe i think its winlogon because right before it goes to the logon the screen turns blue.
im looking at the resolutions and it tells me this
To determine which process failed, register Dr. Watson as the default system debugger (if it is not already the default debugger). Dr. Watson for Windows NT logs diagnostic information about process failures to a log file (Drwtsn32.log). Also, you can configure this program to produce memory dump files of failed processes that you can analyze in a debugger to determine why a process fails.
To set up Dr. Watson to trap user-mode program errors, follow these steps: At a command prompt, type System Root\System32\Drwtsn32.exe -I, and then press ENTER.
but how do i access the command prompt? when i press f8 when it tells me to select my os it has options such as safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt but it doesnt even load the winlogon.exe just the same error.
ok now i need a cd and i have to pay for it.... guess ill do that. i called the tech support number which was not helpful at all. they were just taking me in a cycle.

get your system disk ready and try doing a repair reinstall which will not erase your harddrive see this link
