Everything should be covered in your warranty.  Have you tried looking for a new bios flash?

It is more likely software in origin - are you up to date on Windows critical updates, with current, real-time antivirus and firewall protection, and have you scanned for spyware?

Another possibility is overheating - clean out the inside of the system if it's dusty.

It is highly unlikely the CPU is at fault - they are very rarely points of failure.

If it's under warranty, send it back.  That's the best solution.  If it's giving you this kind of trouble in less than a year who's to say what will happen down the road.  Even the best manufacturers have lemon units.

Yes I have updated my bios, it also says this at times on the blue screen "Stop 0x0000000A or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

What happens if you boot in Safe Mode? Does it still reboot? Have you turned off the automatic reboot on error in the system applet? Anything in the event logs as to which drive is causing this problem.

Based on your last post, it's all certain your issue is software in origin, not hardware.
