Its a Dell desk 8200, running Windows 2000 XP Home with the service pack 2 & a Sony FD-97 camera. Every thing has been working fine up till I got high-jacked. Downloaded mirosoft spyware program to clean out the computer & had been highjacked 57 & had 512 infected files. It deleted all of this & now can't up-load my pictures. I need HELP. I am not to sharp with a computer.
Thanks fourwhites

Hi,
Windows 2000 XP Home. Two different operating systems, which one are you using.
Your spyware / malware infections have probably infected critical system files.Which you have then deleted, hence the problems
You could try a repair install of XP, or re-install Win 2000. Or a system restore of Windows XP home.
If you are dual booting then you may need to re-install both O/S's. Install win 2000 first then XP.
