Can anyone help me? I forgot my admin password and lost my software when moving...how can I access my computer?

It is a Inspiron 546s with Windows 7 Home Premium.

If its a bios password you can call customer service to get that cleared. If its a windows password you will have to reinstall. There is a reason why its called security.
