Graphics problem with Counter Strike Condition Zero (CS:CZ)

I posted this message on the gaming board and haven't received any replies.  If anyone can send me in the right direction to get this game running I would appreciate it.

I am having a problem loading COUNTER STRIKE: CONDITION ZERO on my machine (see below for equipment).  There the install seems to proceed OK freezes when you start to play.  I think my graphics card is the problem even though my system meets the MINIMUM requirements is short on video memory.  Can anyone tell me if my system should run this game or if the card should be upgraded?

Dell Dim 4100,  PIII, 1 GHz, Windows ME, 384 MB RAM, ATI Rage-128 Pro 16MB memory, Driver ATI 2DRAA

Thanks for any Help

Try updating the drivers first. If that works, good. Either way you still may want to think about upgrading that vid card. You could easily quadruple that for $100.
