GX270 Boot Up Problem

Good day,

I am having a problem with a GX270 at my office. The CPU fan had failed and has been replaced, but now, during the startup, I am getting the following error:

Previous attempts at booting this system have failed at checkpoint PnP7

Anyone run into this problem before? If so, what is a possible fix for this?

Any 270 giving any issues needs to inspeceted for swollen, tented, and spewed capicitors adjacent to the CPU socket and memory slots I have lost 20 out of 314 so far to this, about 2 a week. At least I am Dell certified and don't have to speak to some goat herder about it.
