GX620 BlueScreen errors

Hi,

I have a GX620 running WinXP Professional SP2 and I been getting a lot of bluescreen errors. I have been trying to download updates from Dell and Mircosoft and it doesn't help and I have try to reinstall Win XP and it still occur. Here are the errors:

-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
0x00000050
-IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
0x000000A
-BAD_POOL_CALLER
0x000000C2
-NTSF.SYS
0x00000024
-WIN32.SYS
0x0000008E

Could this be a hardware problem like memory or video? I have looked around on the internet and haven't found the answer. Please Help!!! Thanks.

http://www.memtest86.org

Download that floppy or CD image and run it. It will tell you if you have bad memory or not. Or you could run th dell diagnostics cd.

Yep, these errors are a definite sign of memory issues.  If it's under warranty which it should still be being a newer model I would get with support and get them swapped out.

My GX620 came with diagnostic partition, you can access it by pressing F12 at POST and choosing the diagnostics, run express diagnostic to see which part is wrong exactly.
