heatsink error

I have a dimension 2400 and is shuting down I got this message > thermal event shutdown <  I check the funs theyre working fine I tried to reboot and its just not loading it shuts down and some times when ttrying to load I get 2 beeps and then the message appears thank for any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check that the processor and chipset heatsinks are still firmly attach to the motherboard.

Has the inside of the case, processor heatsink's cooling fins and the air intake grill in the front panel been cleaned recently?

I already did that I remove the battery I clean everthing inside

I check the heatsink  the fans work good everthing seems to be ok and still not booting up

I took the hard drive put it on my pc and it loads up ok but it wont go in internet

also when booting on original pc on safe mode stops at this  agpCPQ.sys and I think this is the video card ok

I hope some one can help me thanks .............................

Unless you have installed a PCI video card, the Dimension 2400 has integrated graphics.

Regards to the AGPCPQ.sys, see the solution post #4 gives HERE can help.

well thanks for your help I took a look at the post to resolve the problem the thing is this pc was given to me so Idont have any cd for it

but I think the problem will be at the motherboard cause every time is starting up I get this warning thermal event shut down

press 1 to continuo or press 2 to set up utility so I press 1 and start booting up but when it gets to the windows xp or ether frezzes or shuts down

I check the heatsink.. fans.. and seems everthing works good so I dont know what else to do......also I took the hard drive put it on my pc and works good

so let me know if there is something else I can do thanks alot................................
