Help! Error:- 1603
Hi, everyone
I brought Lightwave 7.5 last week. I tried to do Lightwave set up.exe many times but it do not work with my Window XP Home on my Dell Dimension 4500. My InstallShield Wizard says
"Install
Internall Error 2711. Content"
and
"feature transfer error
Error:- 1603 Fatal error during installation consult Window Installer Help
(Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information"
I do not know how to fix this problem. I know little about PC because i was mac user before.
I have been emailing to Lightwave (tech support) for while age. They emailed me back and they says
I need check that TCP/IP protocol is correctly install on my dell.
I do not know how to install the TCP/IP protocol.
Could you please help me to this problem. Thanks

Is it means my Lightwave CD has faulty and damage? Am i right? Or My Windows XP Home cannot open Lightwave 7.5?
