Help, Help with seemingly simple problem

Please help!

I am having major browser problems. I know this may be a little stupid to post at a BIOS board, but i had no idea where else to go. For some reason, I am unable to access my yahoo mail account from my home PC. I can access literally every other site and I can access everything else my yahoo account has to offer(ie-calender, address book, my profile, everything else). For some reason when I fill out the name and password for as usual and then click the sign in button, as usual, I get the cannot find server page as you all probably have seen:

This page cannot be displayed

It isnt the yahoo servers, I have been in contact with support and this problem has been ongoing for days. Ive tried clearing the cache, increasing cache size, deleting files, cookies and changing the internet properties every which way. I've done literally every problem solving stepbystep from yahoo, dell, microsoft, ie, even my isp. Ive tried using a different browser(netscape). I dont know why it doesn't work and I know that my account is fine because I can access my Yahoo!Mail from work and from my remote connection at home. Is there any solution out there or am I just out of luck? Please any and all responses would be greatly appreciated.
