also you guys know the quick lunch toolbar at the bottom where ur tool bar is. well if i click on the internet explorer icon it opens up the window..but it just shows this

i guess it can't locate it.
also my nero buring program when i click on it it say there is a file missing...like the actually running file to run it. but it's there. and the program still works fine.
i don't think it is any adware or spybot. i also have down 3 online virus scans and norton anti virus scan on my computer. this happen ever since i went to internet options. content. autocomplete. i deleted all the stuff in there. deleted my system restore points and then turned off my system restore. and restarted my comp and then this started to happen. in evey file that i open there is a hidden configuration setting file. with the name Desktop. i delete it and it keeps comming back. this is what it says inside.

It caused a similer problem for Paint shop Pro, except no popup messages. It was all warnings in the event viewer.

.repeats. but the iconindex number is always different..
what is the probelm!??? what should i do? ....should i just put in my XP cd and reinstall xp? i don't want to do that though. can anyone help me???
