While you could in fact install Server 2003 on this 2008 I believe requires 64 bit CPU.

EMT64 is not True 64 bit.

The Drivers for 2003 server for the Storage Matrix would be the XP drivers for 2003 server and the VISTA drivers for Server 2008.

Not supported but does work.

During the Text mode portion of the install you press F6 and install 3rd party drivers for the IDE/SATA controller.

Also you may require to set the bios to OS INSTALL Mode to get the machine to install correctly
