How do I fix a 'RunTime Error? Please help!!

Question

I am probably posting in the wrong area, but am lost.  I am getting an error message on my 4600 stating: A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to debug? Line 396 Error: Window open(...) is null or not an object. I tried debugging, but don't know what I am doing. The error happens constantly. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Jonathan, In Internet Explorer go to Tools|Internet Options. On the Advanced tab uncheck the item 'Display a notification about every script error' and check 'Disable script debugging.'

Jonathan, What program are you receiving the runtime errors in ?

Warren: I just went in and found that I hadn't checked 'disable debugging' I checked that box and the problem seems to be solved. whew!! Thanks for all of the help. This forum has been great.

Did you click 'Apply' then 'OK' after unchecking 'Display a notification about every script error' and placing a check in 'Disable script debugging' ? Message Edited by Warren H. on 11-29-2003 03:02 PM
