How To: Remove USB Device from Boot Sequence
Dell HP printer is causing freezes after BIOS screen (white blinking line) and I've noticed other forum users fixing this by taking the USB out of boot sequence. Its my friends 4600 with A02. I find the boot seq. in bios but I can remove the USB, I can only change the seq. up or down. Any suggest other than flashing the bios?

Try changing the Integrated Device/ USB options to No Boot (if that option is available) or Off.
