I cannot download graphics from the net onto my harddrive, a disk, or to any other place.  I have MS XP.  I have a report due and where ever I put a needed graphic, my software says No Preview Available.  Please help me, this paper is due Monday.

David:

You ned to supply more info.  You have MS Windows XP? What software are you trying to put the graphic into?  Word XP/2002?  Something else?  When are you getting the "No Preview Available" message.

I am trying to download graphics to MS Word XP.  I have also tried to put it on my desktop.  I get the no preveiw available message when I try to open the graphic.  I use MS Picture It! 2002.  Please help.

David:

I think you're getting the message when you do File Open while in Word and have a preview pane on the right side?  Correct?

To insert a graphic into Word you should do the following.

1) Download it to your machine.

2) In Word, click on Insert, Picture, From File and point to the file.  It should come right into Word.

Picture It! 2002 would only come in to play if you're editing the picture after you download it.
