You need a readable CD in the drive to test it.

The IDE device error code in testing is NORMAL, it indicates that no CD-RW media was in the RW drive.  try the BIOS reset in my signature to see if you can get the hard drive detected by the BIOS, which is causing the F1/F2 error every boot.

mayita

hdd's have moving parts & although most last for years, some fail early in usage.  Nothing anyone can do but replace the drive.  This is how most of us learn to backup our data too.

This error message means that your HARD DISK is bad. So you need a replacement.

You see, the hard disk controller is connected in series with its slave. So if the Primary HDD goes bad, then definitely its slave wont be detected or worse will not run.

Call dell and have your HDD replaced.

If this doesnt solve the prob then could be the motherboard.

Thanks you very much for your help

I know it's very important back-up all data , so I due every week. I don't have any problem with that.

But why do think that happen to my hard drive if I used my computer only 2 o 3 times a week and it's only 2 months old??It's brand new.

As with any manufactured product, tolerances vary - some people buy a new car and get 200,000 miles out of it;  others have a transmission or engine fail the next day.  It all depends on the luck of the draw.
