incorrect processor (2)

Hi order Alienware Area 51 with a processor that is overclocked (intel i7 920 3.2ghz) but when i recieved it it was at a stander speed of 2.67ghz, i posted this message once before and a guy who had the same problem, he downloaded  CPUID  and loaded the processor to exceed over 2.6ghz, i got CPUID but am completely confused on what to do, i see my processor information but its still at 2.67ghz, how do make it exceed? or "Load it"? please reply asap.
