Incorrectly inserting ram
I own a Dell Inspiron 530, and recently I've got 2 of my 512 DDR2 ram sticks from my old dell, and placed them in this dell.
Now, for some reason, the computer beeps twice everytime I boot it. The screen doesn't show anything.
I've tried reverting it back to how it was before, but no luck, still the 2 beeps.
Apparently the 2 beeps is because it cannot detect the ram.
Did I bust something?
Help! =(

Ram from one system may not be compatible with the other. Like Bev mentioned what system did you take the ram from.

Which Dell computer model was the two modules taken from?
First check that the original memory modules are installed correctly and fully inserted into the slots.
See HERE
No difference, try clearing the NVRAM.

I took it from my Dell Dimension 8400
But thats not the problem, the problem is, now it doesn't even accept origional ram, nor newly bought ones!
What should I do!

Does the 530 have a Dell warranty, or is the PC outside the warranty period?
No warranty a local computer repair shop may cost less.
Try the following:
Remove the two default memory modules, then install only one module in slot 1, then see if the system boots and if the computer starts normally, reinstall an additional module.
Does not boot, move the module to slot 2 and again see if the system boots, no boot, try the module in slot 3, no boot, try installing in slot 4.
Still does not boot, then remove the first module and using the second one, repeat the sequence described above.

Ok, I managed to find the RTCRST jumper and reseted the CMOS, but no difference =(
Should I contact Dell now? or bring my PC to the closest repair shop?

It is far out its warrenty period, just to make sure, the Inspiron 530 uses an mATX motherboard right?
So therefore it is possible to buy a new mATX motherboard replacement for it? Or does Dell forbid such activity?

Yes, the motherboard can be replaced, but it would be easier to used a Dell 530 Micro ATX motherboard, as it has proprietary features, [as does the case], plus if a non-Dell motherboard is installed, you would need to buy a new retail, or OEM copy of Windows, as Dell's OEM copies are tied to their BIOS and will not activate.
The 530 systems were build with two different motherboards versions.
If your 530 was purchased with a Core 2 Duo processor and a 300w power supply, it requires a 0RY007 motherboard, that supports Core2 Duo processors only.
If you have a Quad 4 processor and a 375w PSU, you need the 0FM586 motherboard, that supports both Core 2 Duo and Quad 4 processors.

Only a Dell board will fit. Dell's motherboards and cases are matched. To try and install a 3rd party board will require case modification, new Fron I/O connections and a new copy of your OS as you cannot use the Dell disk on a non Dell motherboard.
