I would guess the X4. But price point would come into consideration.

The price is not bad as long as the x4 is compatible.

I have the same machine and wondering if I flash the bios will I be able to update my processor to the AMD Phenom II 1045T ? I have an extra one and it uses the same socket. Website shows version A08 bios was released subsequent to you post listing processors.

Would the AMD Athlon X4 620E 2.6G work? It's a 45W processor.
