Installing Netscape

Question

I'm currently running Windows 98 SE 510 ram and 7.14 GB capacity with 4.32 GB of free space. I am having problems running turbo tax by Intuit and was advised the probem was attributed to problems with Internet explorer 6.0. I was also advised to try using Netscape as a browser. Does anyone out there have any coments to make about having both Internet explorer and Netscape on the same computer at the same time?

You shouldn't have any troubles having IE and Netscape on the same PC. May I suggest that instead of Netscape, you take a look at Firefox. It is one terrific browser.

Have both Netscape 7.2 and IE6 on my 8400. Sometimes have both browsers running at the same time, sharing the same dial-up connection. Haven't seen any problems. Ron
