Intel Processor upgrade

Question

I have a Inspiron one 19T all in one PC with an Intel pentium (R) dual core Processor E5300 @ 2.60GHz and I want to upgrade it, The problem is i don't Know that much about Processors. Im just wondering what is the right one to upgrade to that is compatible with the Motherboard. Their is Dell inspiron one 19T pcs with Intel Core2 duo and Intel Core2 Quad Processors but they might have a different Motherboard, I don't know, Can any help on this subject?
