This is a long shot but put your cursor way up at the top of the IE window someplace then 'Right Click' your mouse. With any luck a menu should come up with 'Standard Buttons', 'Address Bar', 'Links', etc. listed. If that happens make sure you have a checkmark next to the menu items you want to see. You might have to move your cursor around a bit and try it in different places. Good Luck

Bob is right. I fixed my problem by right clicking the top right side of the bar and finally got up the menu that listed "show full screen" which was check marked. Just click it to get back to normal.
