You probably have either IE10 or IE11 with Win 7. Unless you're in the EU, that's the only browser Dell would pre-install

Read this for some suggestions to block the security hole until MS gets around to fixing it.

The simplest thing might be to disable the Flash plug-in in IE (Tools>Manage Add-ons) if you want to get started downloading your Windows updates. Keep in mind that you won't be able to watch any cute cat videos and some sites might not work correctly or at all with Flash disabled, but at least you'll be safe enough until you do the Windows updates and get FF downloaded and installed.
