keeps dropping internet connection
Inspiron 620 keeps dropping internet connection. On wireless - nothing wrong with connection as nothing else loses access to internet. sometimes if I restart computer, connection comes back. tried many different things - one time after running trouble shooter I got message that said "device cannot find enough free resources that it can use (code 12)". What does that mean? Only devices running on my wireless connection are dell laptop, dell desktop (troubled one) and 2 internet radios. Any suggestions? this seems to go in spurts - had no problems for a few weeks than starting last week - lost connection about 10 times a day.
I have updated all drivers in device manager.

Always include version of Windows in your posts.
The lack of resources is probably in the PC not in the WiFi router/modem, which suggests some hardware isn't configured correctly.
Were the drivers updated by Windows Update or did you download them from Dell's site?

WIFI interference can be an issue but My take on this is the PCI-E and USB sleep every 20 minutes.
Turn USB Sleep off and computer sleep to 480 minutes instead of 20 or just set to NEVER and monitor sleep to 480 minutes.

Always include PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
Are you having WiFi issues?
Open the Windows Power options screen and click the link to change settings for the active power plan. On next screen, click the link for Advanced options and look for the settings you want to change there.
