Shickntx, this is not the proper conference to post your question, But I'll give it a shot and also help you find the right conference.
First, some times when setting up users, a part of the program dll files seams to get lost in the copy transfer. I have found when this happens, I just reinstalled the program in that 1 user log in. It depends on how you set the orginal users up the first time, on how the programs are transfered/copyed. And it also depends on what os your talking about, Windows 98 or XP. In win 98se I'm sure the reinstall will fix your problem, but remember to uninstall the logiteck keyboard from "that" 1 users log in. I am not sure on XP.
Second, If you will look on this page on the upper mid right side, you will see a drop down menu titled "jump to a message board". Click on the arrow and select a conference for the model of you computer and post your question in the keyboard conference and some one will help you. ....MC....
